Principles of workpiece control including: Geometric, dimensional, and mechanical control. Other topics include: process tolerance stacks, design of special tools and gauges, applications in the production of manufactured parts, tool drawings, specifications, and modular tooling. Three lectures per week. Prerequisite: MFET 1210; PDD 1160.
