NUTR 3040 - Nutrition Assessment

This course covers foundational assessment methods used to determine population and individual nutritional status. Students will learn the scientific foundation on nutrition assessment and how to apply this knowledge in medical, community and research settings. Prerequisite: NUTR 1020  and NUTR 2320 .
