This physical activity course introduces students to mountain biking and trail riding. Students will explore and apply topics to enable safe, independent bike travel over a variety of terrain and surfaces. Course content will focus on trail awareness and selection, choosing appropriate equipment, and basic bike maintenance and repair.
May be repeated twice and up to 3 credits.
