ZOOL 3810 - Techniques in Field Ornithology

Experimental
This course will provide students with a strong practical background in avian monitoring and research techniques and to utilize these techniques to answer relevant research questions.  A combination of lectures, reading, discussions, labs and field trips will be used to familiarize students with the common techniques used within the discipline. There will be a strong emphasis on students developing and conducting a research project.  Hands on learning opportunities will be acquired through labs and field trips.
Pre-requisite(s): ZOOL 1110  and ZOOL 2220 .
