GEO 1810 - Introduction to Professional Drone (small Unmanned Aircraft Systems) Operations

This basic course is designed to introduce you to the world of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS), commonly called “drones”. You don’t need any previous experience with drones to complete this course. You will learn about the broad commercial applications of drones, how to become a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-certified remote pilot (including the regulations and procedures governing operation of drones, including the FAA’s Small UAS Rule (Part 107)), and the many aspects for safe flight operations.
