A study of the elements used in the automation of manufacturing processes including: programmable logic controllers, robotics (servo and non-servo), vision systems, and material handling devices. One 1-hour lecture per week. Prerequisite: MFET 2440/MFET 2440L, MFET 3010, NTM 1700; CEET 1850. Co-Requisite: MFET 4580L.
