MFET 2610 - Quality Improvement Principles and Techniques Credits: (2) Description: This course assesses vital knowledge of quality tools and their uses by individuals, from non-traditional quality areas, who are involved in quality improvement projects. The course examines the rapid spread of quality principles and practices throughout organizations, and covers the essentials of quality management for individuals who manage quality programs, but who are not necessarily specialized in traditional quality areas. The course prepares students for the Certified Quality Improvement Associate examination administered by the American Society for Quality.
