MET 1000  - Introduction to Mechanical Engineering Technology

Description: Introductory course for students majoring in mechanical engineering technology. The role of mechanical engineering technology and its place in the occupational spectrum. The experimental and analytical tools used in mechanical engineering technology and fundamentals of mechanical design and problem solving. College algebra and trigonometry strongly recommended.
Pre-requisite(s): MATH 1010  or Math ACT score of 23 or higher or placement test.
