SCM 2400 - Fundamentals of Project Management Credits: (3) Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: Provides practical knowledge and skills for managing a project from inception to completion to meet time, cost, and performance objectives. Prepares students from all backgrounds to successfully perform the role of a project manager in any profit or non-profit context, including business, government, engineering, healthcare, arts, humanities, or education. Topics include management of project teams, stakeholders, communications, schedule, cost, scope, performance and risk for achieving project success.
