RHS 3300 - Evaluation and Care of Musculoskeletal Injuries: Lower Extremities Credits: (3) Typically Taught Summer Semester: 1st Blk Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Course Fee: $45.00 Course Fee Purpose: Tools/instruments such as tape measures, goniometers, pinwheels, reflex hammers, 2-point discriminators. Description: Content of this course addresses evaluation techniques and care for musculoskeletal injuries to the trunk and lower extremities. The student must integrate knowledge of anatomical structures, physiology principles and evaluative techniques to provide a basis for critical decision-making in an injury management environment. Pre-requisite(s): ZOOL 2100 or HTHS 1110 . Note: Must be admitted to the Rehabilitation Sciences (formerly Athletic Therapy) program in order to register for this course.
