NRSG 7803 - DNP Project III Credits: (1-2) Typically Taught Summer Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: The DNP project courses produce a tangible and deliverable academic product created from a practice immersion experience, which is reviewed and evaluated by an academic committee. The final product shows evidence of the student’s competence in critical thinking by translating evidence into practice and evaluating the evidence in the practice environment aimed toward improving healthcare outcomes. This course is the third of six courses (NRSG 7801 to NRSG 7806 ) and reflects a synthesis of the student’s growth in knowledge and expertise throughout the program. NRSG 7803 focuses on the project plan for implementation evaluation, and data analysis. This course may contain 60 practicum hours (1 credit = 60 practicum hours). Pre-requisite(s): Student must be admitted to the DNP program.
