Description: This course will explore the historical origins of the first Ten Amendments to the Constitution, also known as the Bill of Rights. We will explore the original intent of the Framers of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, as well as the context in which they were drafted and ratified. The historical significance of the Bill of Rights will be compared with their current understanding by Americans in the present.
