COMM 4880 - Social Media Metrics and Measurement Credits: (3) Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: This course introduces social media analytics with the emphasis on metrics and measurement. The course aims to help students understand how to obtain, monitor, and evaluate digital traces on the online social platforms in a systematic way. The knowledge and skills learned in this course will help students use a data-driven approach to resolve future industry problems. Pre-requisite(s): COMM 2400 and COMM 3150 .
