Description: The course is designed to provide a foundation in sport coaching leadership. The course will examine theoretical underpinnings and applications of sport coaching and leadership, and strategic planning processes and management within sport organizations. The primary goal of this course is to help current and aspiring coaching leaders gain a better understanding of effective leadership.
