GSE 6403 - Ethics in Sport Credits: (3) Typically Taught Spring Semester: 2nd Block Online Description: The course is designed to offer an introduction to ethics within the sporting context. The values promoted within sport will be examined along with academic investigation of sport within society, including drug use for performance enhancement, fair play and sportsmanship, Title IX, and many other ethical issues in sport. This course is intended to develop and foster critical thinking skills, and to learn and understand the ethical background of sport.
