ECED 3500 - Young Children: Adversity and Resilience Credits: (3) Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: This course examines varying perspectives on the contexts and systems that effect the potential advantages or adversities experienced by young children in a diverse society. Students develop an awareness of opportunities and resources for children and families that support well-being and nurture resilience. Students explore current topics of interest to find their passion and voice to advocate for children and families.
