MILS 2400 - Physical Readiness Credits: (1) Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: A physical conditioning course that employs U.S. Army principles of fitness. Subjects include: body composition, nutrition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle endurance and strength, circuit training and drills. Students registered for MILS 1010 , MILS 1020 , MILS 2010 , or MILS 2020 are encouraged to enroll in this course to gain the full perspective of the physical demands required to be an Army officer. May be repeated 3 times with a maximum of 4 credit hours.
