PS 3003 - Sales Development Credits: (3) Typically Taught Summer Semester: Full Sem- Online Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem- Online Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem- Online Description: This course teaches and develops the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the early-stage sales process used by sales and business development representatives (SDRs/BDRs). The course will take a deep dive into prospecting through initial qualification, technology-based prospecting for lead generation, client pre-call research, and other critical sales and business development skills used in the early stages of the sale. Pre-requisite(s): PS 1143 .
