THEA 3303 - History and Literature of Theatre I Credits: (3) Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Course Fee: $6.00 Course Fee Purpose: The course fee associated with this class pays for maintenance of the department lab and associated technology. Description: Examines the history of theatre and performance globally, from the beginning of recorded time through the English Restoration. The class encompasses important dramatic texts, theoretical lenses, as well as the history and historiography of Theatre. Students are expected to conduct individual historical research.
