Description: Emphasizes finding and writing news stories that move from explanations of what happened to how and why something happened. Examines research techniques and discusses ways to use the law to access information. Works on developing compelling narrative writing for stories that include a lot of facts. Pre-requisite(s): COMM 1130 or permission of instructor.
