The Weber State University Annie Taylor Dee School of Nursing Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program is designed to prepare the graduate as a nurse leader in academia and healthcare organizations with knowledge and skills to lead change, promote health, and elevate care in various roles and settings. The program has two emphases: Nurse Educator and Nurse Leadership & Management, which are specifically intended for individuals who want to advance their practice and careers in these areas.

The MSN degree consists of 32-24 credit hours beyond the earned baccalaureate degree over three semesters, which includes core courses and emphasis-specific courses. The MSN program is online with an in-person residency experience in the student’s community.

The Annie Taylor Dee School of Nursing also offers post-master’s certificates in Nurse Educator and Nurse Leadership & Management for nurses with a master’s degree in nursing who would like to expand their education, The certificate program is 12-14 credits over two semesters.

The School of Nursing programs (ADN, BSN, MSN, and DNP) are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
