Admission Requirements

Criteria for admission to the WSU School of Nursing’s Master of Science in Nursing Program can be found on the MSN Program website (weber.edu/msn). Select the “Applications and Checklists” option. Admission is competitive; therefore, the listed criteria for admission should be considered as minimum standards. Prior to beginning the admissions process applicants must be a current matriculated student at Weber State University or apply for admission to the University.
The MSN Program application requirements may be requested through email to MSN@weber.edu or by phone (801) 626-7774, option 6. Applications become available online at weber.edu/msn October 1 with a deadline date of March 1. Pending student enrollment, the MSN coursework begins each fall semester.
A $60 application fee must be paid at the end of the online application process. Admission applications are reviewed and evaluated by the Nursing Program Admissions and Advancement Committee.
