Grade Requirements: A grade of “C” or better in all courses used toward the minor (a grade of “C-” is not acceptable) in addition to an overall GPA of 2.0 or better in all CM courses.
Credit Hour Requirements: 18 total credit hours are required as listed below. All prerequisites must be satisfied with courses taken.

Construction Management Courses Elective - (9 Credit Hours)

Complete 9 additional credit hours of any offered Construction Management (CM) courses with at least 6 of those being upper division (3000+). All prerequisites must be satisfied with courses taken.
