Description: This intermediate course introduces students to short fiction writing in a workshop setting. This course is a writing laboratory where students will experiment with various types of short fictions. Students will read canonical and contemporary stories with an eye toward elements of craft as they discover, write, workshop, and revise.
Pre-requisite(s): ENGL 1005 or ENGL 1006 and ENGL 1007 or ENGL 1010 or ENGL 2010 or ENGL 2015 with a grade of “C” or better.
