Description: An introduction to ethical theories and their application to contemporary moral issues. Topics reflect current issues, but are at the instructor’s discretion, and may include climate change, the ethics of the beginning- and end- of life, immigration, animal rights and welfare, food, medical and bioethics, and similar practically-oriented ethical dilemmas.
