ECE 3090 - Project Management

Description: An introduction to project management. The course prepares students for Senior Projects. This course will include 1) the writing of technical documents including project proposals, white papers, presentations and/or legal contracts. 2) Principles of project management including project scheduling, project life cycles, principles of engineering economics, quality, statistics and continuous improvement. 3) Project management skills including goal setting, team building and leadership, organization, and risk management. Students should take this course the semester before taking ECE 4010 
Co-Requisite(s): ECE 3210  and (ECE 3110  or ECE 3130 ) and (ECE 3510  or ECE 3610 ) and (ECE 3710  or ECE 3730 ) and (ECE 3310  or CS 3100 )
