Description: The objective of ENGL 1002 is to deepen students’ skills for successful college-level reading, emphasizing advanced literacy strategies. This goal is accomplished by building on the foundations of ENGL 1000/ENGL 1001 using active reading and thinking approaches as applied to college-level texts.
Pre-requisite(s): ENGL 1000 or ENGL 1001 with a grade of “C” or better.
Suggested Requisite(s): ENGL 1005 or ENGL 1007.
