CS 4840 - Computer Science Teaching Methods

Description: This course is meant to prepare students to become computer science teachers in secondary education, such as high school and middle schools. The course will prepare students with a general understanding and specific methods for teaching computer science. Students will study a variety of programming tools, virtual environments, and other resources to support teaching computer science, as well as effective pedagogical strategies for curriculum design, assessment, and classroom management.
