DANC 4610 - Dance and Digital Technology

Description: This course will provide students with an opportunity to explore the integration of dance and technology, specifically the use of the digital video medium and the use of the internet for creative and professional distribution. DANC 4610 will introduce students to dance-videography, video editing, and dissemination of work through media such as the DVD format, You Tube, Vimeo and the creation/maintenance of on-line portfolios.
May be repeated for credit, but use toward Major/Minor must be approved by program advisor.
