GEOG 4420 - Advanced Urban and Regional Planning

Description: A study of the enabling legislation for planning, zoning laws and ordinances, rezoning and review processes, zoning problems, and the ramifications of urban growth. The preparation, financing, citizen participation and evaluation of land use pertaining to general plans. Class groups will prepare, critique, and present a draft urban general plan.
