PSY 4310 - Introduction to Counseling Theories Credits: (3) Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: This capstone course provides an introduction to the major theories of counseling and therapy plus an introduction to the research findings associated with effectiveness of therapy and principles of behavioral change. 24 credit hours of psychology courses and instructor approval required. Pre-requisite(s): (Required) PSY 1010 and PSY 3010 .
