EDUC 3900 - Preparing, Teaching, and Assessing Instruction Credits: (2) Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: This integrated course will focus on lesson planning, teaching, and assessment through the application of the Teacher Work Sample (TWS) using lesson plan formats taught in the content areas. A variety of instructional strategies effective for use at the secondary level will be taught and modeled. Pre-requisite(s): Admission to Teacher Education. Suggested Requisite(s): This course is part of the professional core courses and should be taken with EDUC 3220 , EDUC 3315 , EDUC 3265 , EDUC 3910 , and EDUC 3935 .
