CJ 4165 - Constitutional Rights Credits: (3) Typically Taught Summer Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Fall Semester: Full Sem Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: This course critically examines Amendments to the United States Constitution related to criminal justice issues including the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th amendments. It examines citizen’s rights and criminal justice agent’s responsibility and liability in connection with those rights. Pre-requisite(s): CJ 1010 and CJ 1330 .
