Description: The purpose of this course is to provide graduate nursing students with an overview of personal, organizational and systems leadership. At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to apply leadership skills and ethical decision making as it relates to healthcare policy, legal regulation, quality improvement and patient safety.
Pre-requisite(s): Must be officially accepted into the MSN program to register for this class.
