ECE 3620 - Microprocessor Architecture Credits: (3) Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem Description: This course focuses on the concepts of modern computer and microprocessor architecture including pipelining, caches and branch prediction. Students will gain an understanding of the key design concepts of modern computer architecture and its implications on software and hardware design. Pre-requisite(s): ECE 3610 . Pre-requisite/Co-requisite: ECE 3710 .
