Description: This course is an introduction to behavioral health case management and clinical documentation. The role and function of case management in human services will be explored. Students will learn the skills and methods necessary for successful case management for behavioral health clients. Case management through the lens of integrated delivery and whole health service care coordination will be presented. Clinical documentation skills related to case management will be developed, demonstrated, and exercised.
