Description: This graduate-level course is designed to equip Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) with a comprehensive understanding of psychotherapeutic modalities and their application in mental health care. Through a combination of theoretical foundations, evidence-based practices, and practical skills development, students will gain the knowledge and competence necessary to provide effective psychotherapeutic interventions in their role as advanced practice psychiatric nurses.
