UNIV 3301  - Results Based Leadership for Social Change

Credits: (3)
Typically Taught Spring Semester: Full Sem
Description: In this class, we will explore the changes individuals and nonprofits can make to increase our impact in the world. We call this approach Results Based Leadership. Results Based Leadership is a theoretical framework focused on achieving measurable results. It includes understanding the current shortcomings of change efforts in our communities, building the technical skills to understand and display data in a way the motivates change, achieving mastery in facilitation to generate consensus and align collective action, and become an “adaptive” thinker to address complex and “wicked” problems in the world.
