Description: This course will introduce methods of optimization, simulation, solution neutral concepts, architecture as a decision making process, the pareto frontier, and data science.  The objective of the course is to study the processes and methods used to make decisions amid chaos and to maximize the likelihood of a successful system.  Emphasis is placed on decision making for real-world applications.  Software used will include SQL, Excel, MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, and CAMEO No Magic.
